Welcome! Could you please share with us a little bit about yourself?
Hi, I'm Jim, I'm a chef by trade and made the move to operations 12 years ago after qualifying and working as a chef for four years. I have held multiple general manager positions within the hospitality industry for large multinational and international hotel companies in Sydney, Canberra, Newcastle and the Central Coast.
I hold a Guinness World Record for taking part in the world's largest online astronomy observation, I am a qualified drone pilot, semi professional musician, father of two and fur dad to one.
What brings you to Terminus?
I’m looking for a new challenge to grow my career and gain experience in a Strata-led environment rather than a traditional hotel environment. Work life balance is also very important to me which was the key driver to the change.
What's your favorite thing about your job?
Getting to meet new people each day and being able to make guests have memorable experiences.
How do you take your coffee?
Caramel latte.
Favourite lunch spot?
Royal Crown Hotel in Dudley, the staff are amazing and the food is always on point.
Spirit animal and why?
Goldfish... I have a very short memory.

Without me, Eminem.
Who is your celebrity doppelgänger?
Matt Lucas from Little Britain.
What's one bucket list item you want to fulfill this year?
Buy a boat.
