We are looking for a dynamic team member to join our high performance reception team. Your responsibilities are broad and you will be given autonomy to make decisions. The environment is often fast paced and requires frequent problem solving.

You will work closely with an awesome team, striving to deliver the ultimate guest experience.   You will be offered training in a wide variety of business aspects. As you are a higher performer, you already have a thirst for knowledge and working out ways to do things differently!

The position at its core is as you would expect from a Hotel Reception role. You will also be trained in stock control, tendering and business development among other things.

The basic requirements for the position are that you are computer literate, have a professional approach, present well, be able to communicate effectively and have a extremely high level of attention to detail. Having a thirst for guest satisfaction is a must!
